Facility

Based in the city of Ningbo, PRC the factory comprises of over 20,000 square meters of filtration fabrication, production, engineering, assembly and packing.

Face Mask and PPE Production

Manufacturing of face masks is done in clean rooms ensuring that masks are produced in a sterile environment. Our facility includes over 50 automated production machine lines that assemble the nonwovens from bobbins, including ultrasonic welding the layers together, and stamping the masks with nose and or chin clips, ear loops, and other pieces

Quality control

All materials used in production and completed production must go through our in-house laboratory to assure strict control of quality

Assembly / Packaging

Factory Accreditation

  • ISO 13485 is an internationally published standard that defines requirements within quality management systems for manufacturers, suppliers, contract service and distributors of medical devices and equipment. The main objective of the standard is to facilitate harmonized quality management system requirements for regulatory purposes within the medical devices sector. ISO 13485 Standard has been based on the requirements of ISO 9001 standard and has the same structure in terms of clauses.
